Anyone with valid NID, active Mobile number, email address and bank account information can self-register ZCash. ZCash authority will activate customer upon verification of NID and Bank Account.

ZCash app is available in both Android and iOS platform. You can download the app from your Google play store or app store. You can search the app by typing “ZCash”.

No. you are allowed to register one wallet against one NID.

Currently you need to provide your NID image (front & Back side) during ZCash registration.

You can login ZCash wallet using your wallet ID and 6-digit PIN. Your mobile number will work as user Wallet ID.

You can simply reset your PIN by clicking “Forget PIN” option from the login page. You need to follow the following steps for reset your PIN.
Step1: enter your registered email address (email must be verified)
Step2: click forget PIN option
Step3: you will get a PIN reset link to your email address
Step4: Click on the link and you will be routed to Reset PIN page
Step5: Enter new PIN and Re-Enter again
You will get a successful pop up for PIN reset.

You can refill your wallet either from your card (Debit/Credit) or you can refill from your verified bank account.

Yes. You can add multiple bank account.

Refill from bank account is completely free. However, there is charge applicable for refill from card.

Yes. Currently you can withdraw money from wallet to your verified bank account.
